What We Accept
We offer replacements or refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly. This includes issues like stains, incorrect designs, or poor print quality

What we Don't Accept
Because each product is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

Customer changed their mind

Item doesn't look like the on-screen mock-up (within a reasonable tolerance)
How to Submit a Return
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
